(01)Overview

The short version

The Indoor Revamp is a founder-led interior design studio based in Hyderabad, working across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Most of their work is residential — new flats, full home renovations, single-room redesigns — with select commercial projects alongside.

Their work is visual and it keeps changing: projects wrap up, new case studies go up, services evolve. They didn't need a brochure. They needed a site that shows the work properly, turns visitors into consultations, and that their own team can update without emailing a developer.

(02)The problem

What made it hard

Design studios are a demanding kind of client site: the photography has to lead, the pages have to stay fast, and the whole thing has to survive being edited by people who don't write code.

An off-the-shelf CMS would have meant paying monthly for features they'd never touch, inside a dashboard full of fields to ignore. The right answer was a small custom admin built around how the studio actually works.

(03)The build

What got built

Full studio website

Home, services, case studies, about, and FAQ — designed around the photography and the studio's own line: "Your Space. Reimagined With Intention."

Five services, explained plainly

Turnkey solutions, styling and décor, modular kitchens and wardrobes, landscaping, and 3D visualisation — each laid out so a homeowner knows what they're getting before they call.

Custom CMS dashboard

A private admin where the team manages services, case studies, images, and page copy directly. Built to match how they work, not how a generic CMS thinks they should.

Case studies that sell the work

Project write-ups for residential and renovation work, with galleries that hold up whether a project has three images or thirty.

Two ways to start a conversation

A free 30-minute consultation booked straight from the site, plus a short enquiry form — name, phone, email, location, and a note — that lands directly with the studio.

Performance and SEO groundwork

Image optimisation, sensible metadata, and clean structure, so a heavy, photo-led site still loads fast and gets found by people searching for interior designers in their city.

(04)How it went

The approach

01

Started with their workflow

Before any design, the question was: what will you need to change every month? That answer shaped the CMS, and the CMS shaped the page structure.

02

Designed around the photography

Layouts that frame the work rather than compete with it — generous space, restrained type, and galleries that feel considered rather than dumped.

03

Built the site and admin together

Every section that could change was wired to the dashboard as it was built, so nothing shipped hardcoded and got retrofitted later.

04

Handed over properly

Delivered live, with the team able to run it themselves — new case studies, updated services, fresh copy, no developer in the loop.

(05)Where it stands

The result

  • Live at theindoorrevamp.com, running the studio's public presence across Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
  • Visitors can book a free consultation or send an enquiry from any page.
  • The team publishes case studies and updates services themselves, with no developer involved.
  • No recurring CMS subscription — the admin is theirs, built to their workflow.
